Better service.
Less waiting.
Guests scan the code on their table and order from their phone. A waiter confirms every order before it goes to the bar or kitchen. You keep the menu, tables and the day's numbers in one simple back office.
I reply to every demo request myself.
- Opens in the guest's browser
- English and Albanian
- Every order confirmed by your staff
- Set up together with the founder
Three steps, and nothing to install.
Guests don't download anything or create an account. Your team stays in charge of every order from the moment it's sent.
-
Scan
Guests scan the QR code on their table. Your menu opens in the browser, with no app and no account.
-

They choose dishes, options and notes, and send the order. Everyone at the table can see what has been ordered.

Serve
A waiter accepts it on the tablet and prints the ticket for the bar or kitchen. The guest's phone shows “Accepted”.
One system for the table, the floor and the office.
The guest's phone, the waiter's tablet and your back office share the same orders, live. No paper slips to carry between them.
Your menu, in your colours.
Guests see your logo, photos and prices, choose options and leave notes, in English or Albanian. From the same page they can call a waiter, ask for the bill and follow every order at the table.
- Opens in the phone's browser, with no app or account
- Options, notes and sold-out items shown clearly
- Call a waiter or request the bill from the table
Every order checked by a person.
New orders land on the tablet with the table, items, options and notes. A waiter accepts or rejects them, can change or move an order, prints tickets, and sees at a glance which tables are free, busy or waiting for the bill.
- Accept, reject, change or move any order
- Print tickets on your network receipt printers
- Mark bills paid by cash or card, then close them
The whole place on one screen.
Owners and managers edit the menu, prices and availability per location, manage tables, staff, tablets and printers, and see the day's revenue, cash and card, orders and top items.
- Menu in English and Albanian, with photos and options
- Tables, staff, tablets and printers in one place
- Today's numbers and past visits at a glance
Built for the way a busy café actually works.
- Guests waving for a menu while the team is busy.
- Orders written on paper and carried to the bar.
- Tables waiting longer for the bill than for their coffee.
- Not knowing what sold best until you've counted up.
-
Your team spends time on guests, not order pads
Guests browse and order when they are ready. Your staff bring the food, answer questions and look after the room.
-
Every order is checked by a person
Orders wait on the tablet until a waiter accepts them. Nothing reaches the bar or kitchen without someone seeing it first.
-
Mistakes are easy to put right
Reject an order, lower a quantity, change a note or move it to another table, all from the tablet.
-
Your menu is always current
Out of croissants? Mark them out of stock and guests see it straight away. Prices, photos and options are yours to edit.
-
Locals and visitors both feel at home
Guests and staff switch between English and Albanian on every screen.
-
Close the day knowing your numbers
Revenue, cash and card, orders by hour, top items and revenue per waiter, ready when you close up.
Hi, I'm Arianit.
I'm an independent developer from Kosovo, and Sofaro is my product. I design it, build it and support it myself.
I started Sofaro because ordering in a busy café is slower than it needs to be. Guests wait for a menu, wait to order and wait again for the bill, while the team runs between tables. Sofaro hands the first part to the guest's phone and keeps your staff in charge of the rest.
I'm not a sales team. When you write, you get me, and I'll give you a straight answer about whether Sofaro fits your place.
An early product, tested in a real café.
Sofaro is in a pilot in a working café. I spend time there during service, watch what slows the team down, and improve the product from what I see. Here is exactly what it does today, and what it doesn't do yet.
- Ordering from the table by QR codein the pilot
- Waiters accept or reject every orderin the pilot
- Bar and kitchen tickets on network printersin the pilot
- Call a waiter and request the billin the pilot
- Bills marked cash or card, then closedin the pilot
- Menu, tables, staff and daily numbersin the pilot
- English and Albanian throughoutin the pilot

Let's find a time to show you.
Tell me where you are and how to reach you. I'll reply myself to arrange a short, no-obligation demo at your café or online.
